The most common example is a tune such as “P/M Bigshot of Smalltown”, where the / character is not permitted in the file name.
If your tune title contains a character that is not permitted in file names (illegal characters shown on page 71 of the manual), the tune will not save. When you enter a tune from scratch and then try to save it, BMW Gold takes the Title of your tune and inserts it into the File Name for saving the tune.
